When we schedule your appointment, we reserve staff time, equipment, and the treatment room. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Call our Client Care Coordinators at 587-602-2994 or email info@zulumedispa.com to reschedule. This allows us to offer your time to another client waiting to see one of our nurses, technicians, or Dr. Lombard.
- Any treatment can be cancelled without penalty with at least 48 hours notice.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice for injectables incurs a $100 no-show fee.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice for other procedures incurs a $100/hour fee based on scheduled treatment time.
We never like to charge fees for missed appointments, so please provide 48 hours minimum notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments.
Refunds & Exchange Policy
No refunds are given for products, service packages, or pre-paid treatments once purchased. If you can’t use your pre-paid service, we can credit the unused treatment value to your account for future use on any service or product. Unopened, sealed products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Any cost difference will be credited or charged at the time of exchange.
Everyone can change their mind, and we understand that. If you buy a treatment package and decide within 48 hours to cancel, a refund is possible with some nominal charges:
- A $25 admin/handling fee to cover staff time for processing the cancellation.
- A 3% merchant/credit card fee, which was incurred during the purchase, is non-refundable.
Alternatively, we can add the credit to your account without incurring any fees for future purchases at Zulu Medical Cosmetics that will not expire.
